By accessing or using the Limo Vyro platform and services provided by Limo Vyro LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Limo Vyro provides a cloud-based fleet management platform for luxury ground transportation operators, including dispatch management, trip management, pricing engines, driver mobile apps, invoicing, CRM, and related enterprise tools.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Our services are offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is as displayed on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
You agree not to: use our services for any unlawful purpose; interfere with or disrupt the platform; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; transmit malware or harmful code; or resell or redistribute our services without authorization.
You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform. We do not claim ownership of your fleet data, trip records, customer information, or any other content you provide. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
The Limo Vyro platform, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Limo Vyro LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business operations during your active subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limo Vyro LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked. We may retain your data for a reasonable period to allow for data export requests.
Consent to Receive Messages: By providing your phone number through our contact form, booking system, or account registration, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Limo Vyro LLC. These messages may include, but are not limited to, trip confirmations, booking reminders, dispatch notifications, driver updates, account alerts, and promotional communications.
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your use of our services and your communication preferences. Transactional messages (trip updates, booking confirmations) are sent as needed. Marketing messages may be sent periodically.
Costs: Standard message and data rates may apply as determined by your mobile carrier. Limo Vyro LLC is not responsible for any messaging or data charges imposed by your carrier.
Opting Out: You may opt out of SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from Limo Vyro. Upon opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further marketing messages will be sent. You may still receive transactional messages related to active bookings or critical account notifications.

Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
